O individual player board aims to facilitate the dynamics and control of each participant’s achievements.

Designed to be printed on a standard A4 sheet, the board is divided into two parts. The upper part is for strategic planning and monitoring the progress of indicators towards the target set in the “Strategic Planning Charter“.

The lower part is designed to keep track of the resources acquired by each of the company’s directors, as well as accounting for the skills acquired during their careers, whether through universities or practical day-to-day activities in the company.
