Help us improve the game! Send tips, opinions, suggestions, money!

The strategic planning cards are divided into difficulty levels, where the aim is to increase the company’s level throughout the game.

Each level is identified by the size of the company and the larger the company, the moreKey Results ( KR) it must meet.

The game uses OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to plan the Strategic Objective.

The five levels are:

  • Level 1: 1 KR : Micro-entrepreneur (MEI);
  • Level 2 : 2 KR : Microenterprise;
  • Level 3: 3 KR: Small Business;
  • Level 4: 4 KR : Medium-sized company;
  • Level 5: 5 KR : Large company.

By downloading the “Print and Play” version, the player will receive a real definition of what each type of company is according to current legislation.

The definitions of the Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) are set out in Complementary Law 128/2008.

The definitions of Micro and Small Companies are set out in Complementary Law 123/2006. The regulations do not define the turnover of a medium-sized company, but it is possible to infer this from Law 11.638/2007.
